Billing Policies
It would be nice if we didn’t have to charge or bill for our services. But, we all have to make a living. Each of us at the Cottonwood Clinic have significant amounts of time and energy invested in our training, and we need to re-coup some of that investment.

We work hard to keep any charges as low as possible, and will continue to seek ways to keep our overhead as low as possible.

Payment At Time of Services
We request payment at time of service from most patients. This reduces our billing expenses, and we can pass those savings back to patients by giving a 10% discount. Thus, there is a 10% discount when services are paid in full at the time of service.
